The following is a list of culinary menus and ingredients typical of the Alas tribe that you must prepare to learn to cook.
1. Pacik Khule: 2 kg goldfish, turmeric leaves, leaves, jambi/pumpkin, cayenne pepper, red chili, turmeric ginger, galangal, lemongrass, lime, hazelnut, coriander, onion, garlic.
2. Manuk Labakh: 4 kg chicken, coriander, black pepper, sere, galangal, red onion, lime, coconut milk, gonseng coconut.
3. Fish Gendiling: 1 kg grilled goldfish, cayenne pepper, red onion, tamarind gelimbing.
4. Lelingekh: 1 kg of bread flour, salt, coconut, brown sugar, pandan paste.
5. Tenutung Ate: Beef Liver 1 kg, lots of red onions, garlic, coconut milk, black pepper, gonseng coconut, big green chili.
6. Tasak Egg Alas: 4 kg duck, red onion, cayenne pepper, lemongrass, galangal, tamarind.
7. Menekem: 2 kg beef/duck, black pepper, lots of red onions, garlic, sere and galangal on the tap,
8. Kepel rice: 1 sack of rice, kepok banana leaves / gerigit leaves.
9. Cimpe : 1 kg of rice flour, not too old coconut, brown sugar, white sugar, pandan leaves
10. Godekh: Sago 1 Kg, Coconut Milk, Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Pandan Leaves.
